To enable this payment feature, parents need to link the student ID card to a Flexischools account.<\/p>\n<p>The full instructions about how to do this can be downloaded\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/d1dfwahqlx324v.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/sites\/56\/2024\/03\/SCEGGS-Darlinghurst-Adding-a-student-card-to-an-account.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a>\u00a0To do this, you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your own Flexischools account details<\/li>\n<li>your daughter\u2019s student card number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The student card number is visible at the bottom of the ID Card:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21409 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/d1dfwahqlx324v.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/sites\/56\/2025\/05\/Untitled-1-1-e1746069200400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Students wishing to pay with their SCEGGS student card at the Cafeteria must present their SCEGGS student card to the Cafeteria staff who are required to see the photo before a purchase is made.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>How can you pay?<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay with your <b>SCEGGS student card <\/b>(must be linked to your <i style=\"font-size: 1.15rem;letter-spacing: 0px\">Flexischools<\/i><span style=\"font-size: 1.15rem;letter-spacing: 0px\"> account beforehand)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pay with a <u><b>physical<\/b><\/u> <b>debit card<\/b> or credit card<\/li>\n<li><b>Pre-order<\/b> online through <i>Flexischools<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: As phones are not permitted during the school day, the Cafeteria will <strong>NOT<\/strong> accept payments using a mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Students will NOT be permitted to make a purchase with a card if:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The image on their card has been damaged\/destroyed\/defaced so that their photo is no longer clear or visible on the card<\/li>\n<li>They choose not to show their photo to the cafeteria staff<\/li>\n<li>\u2026 and most importantly, the image on the card they show is not them!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Need a new student card?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Secondary students are advised to see ICT Department if a new student card is needed for any reason.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phil Rogers<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Director of Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Payments at the Cafeteria The easiest way for Secondary School students to pay for purchases\/orders in the School Cafeteria is with their SCEGGS student ID card.
