All co-curricular music activities resume in Week 2 (from Monday 3 February) with the exception of Contemporary Vocal Ensemble, which begins on Wednesday 12 February. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Holst and Amati rehearsals will be on after the Swimming Carnival on Wednesday 5 February, but will be shortened to one hour from 3.15pm \u2013 4.15pm. Girls should bring their instruments to school and come to the DB Centre for rehearsal after buses return from the carnival.<\/p>\n

Most music tuition lessons resume in Week 2, from Monday 3 February.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Timetables for individual music lessons can be found on Cognito and are usually circulated by the tutors. Please contact your tutor directly if you are not sure when lessons commence.<\/p>\n

Eisteddfod<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our Annual SCEGGS Eisteddfod will be held this term with heats during Week 7 and two Highlights concerts at the end of Week 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Rough Edges Christmas Party <\/strong><\/h4>\n

SCEGGS choristers and string players brought some festive cheer to the Rough Edges Christmas Party last year. This annual event was held at the St John\u2019s Darlinghurst Church Hall on the Friday after Speech Night. Special thanks to the students and staff who gave up time during the school holidays, especially Ms Stephanie Holmes and Mrs Anne Sweeney. Meaningful musical experiences beyond the Green Gate bring connection and joy to our local community.<\/p>\n
