With the Summer holidays fast approaching, we would like to take the opportunity to share our Summer Vacation Care Program with you.<\/p>\n

Sumer Vacation Care will be operating for 4 weeks and 1 day of Vacation Care this Summer. 2 weeks in December, from Monday 9 December- Friday 20 December and 2 weeks in January, from Monday 13 January – Tuesday 28 January (closed Monday 27 public holiday).<\/p>\n

Term 1 will start Wednesday 29 January 2025 for girls in Years 3-6 and the following day for Kindergarten.<\/p>\n

We welcome all school aged boys and girls enrolled in primary school in 2024 and in January we welcome 2025 Kindergarten children.<\/p>\n

We now use a simple\u00a0Google Form<\/a> for all bookings. Payments will be through Xplor using direct debit.<\/p>\n

Confirmation of\u00a0 your requested days will appear on the Bookings Calendar in your Xplor Home app by Wednesday 4 December. If they do not appear please contact me as soon as possible. Kindly be advised that cancellations made after Friday 29 November, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the standard daily rate.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Limited places are available each day and bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis.<\/p>\n

Due to child to educator ratios, excursions are limited to 40 children per excursion, depending on the activity type.<\/strong><\/p>\n
