On Thursday 16 May, a Year 5 team competed in the competition across 10 disciplines: Engineering, Mathematics and Chess, Code Breaking, Art and Poetry, Science, English, Ideation, Creative Producers, Cartography, and Legacy.<\/p>\n<p>The team consisted of eight girls selected for their creative thinking and problem-solving abilities as well as their ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Throughout the day the girls amazed us with their team spirit and positivity as they competed against over 150 schools across Australia.<\/p>\n<p>We are so proud of the girls for achieving 1<sup>st<\/sup> in Science and 2<sup>nd<\/sup> in English on the day!
