The three days away provided the girls with many opportunities to step outside zones of comfort, develop leadership skills and independence, build and strengthen friendships and, of course, have plenty of fun.<\/p>\n<p>From the flying fox to mountain biking, from high ropes to canoeing, the girls discovered that many of the learning dispositions we have been encouraging inside the classroom can be applied outdoors, too.
