Spotlight on Athletics

With the Athletics Carnival quickly approaching in Week 7, we turn the spotlight to the girls who have been developing their skills on Monday and/or Thursday Athletics sessions.

Training in athletics offers numerous benefits for girls. It promotes overall fitness, agility, and endurance while instilling valuable qualities like discipline and coordination. These skills are not limited to a single sport but can be transferred to various athletic activities, allowing girls to explore their potential and excel in different areas. If you are interested and want to know more or looking to enrol, please get in contact with Tom Mitton.
