Australian School Band and Orchestra Festival

Congratulations to the Holst Wind Ensemble, Amati Strings and Clarion Concert Band for their recent performance at ASBOF, the Australian School Band and Orchestra Festival. Thank you to Mr Tierney, Mr Gresham, Mrs Sweeney and Ms Ryan for preparing and conducting these performances.

• Clarion Concert Band were awarded Gold in the Raymond Hanson event.
• Holst Wind Ensemble were awarded Silver in the Graham Lloyd event.
• Amati Strings were awarded Gold in the Loreta Fin event.

Ascham Battle of the Bands

Congratulations to Isabelle Flower in Year 11 and her band Izzy and the Flowers who won the Ascham Battle of the Bands last Friday night. First prize was a $1 000 recording session.
