SCEGGS Trust and SCEGGS Darlinghurst Limited Annual General Meetings

Members of the SCEGGS Trust and the School Company are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of each entity. The meeting details are:

Date:  Monday 18 May 2026

Location:  Joan Freeman Lecture Theatre

Time:    7.00pm – Pre-meeting refreshments

              7.30pm AGM of the SCEGGS Trust

              8.00pm AGM of SCEGGS Darlinghurst Ltd (the School Company)

Parking:  Parking will be available in the Joan Freeman Carpark (entry from St Peters Street) from 6.30pm, closing immediately after the AGM of the School Company.

If you are not a company member of the SCEGGS Trust or SCEGGS Darlinghurst Limited but are interested in attending one or both AGMs, you are most welcome to do so. This is a great opportunity to hear more about the work of the Trust and School Board and to meet the Trust and Board Directors.
