URSTRONG ‘Day of Friendship’ at SCEGGS – Tuesday 18 February 2025

In conjunction with our Form Time and Personal Development and Health programs, the girls in Year 2 to 5 will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, conducted by the URSTRONG organisation on Tuesday 18 February 2025.

For Year 2, 3 and 4 the workshops will occur during the school day and aim to empower the students with the skills, language and self-confidence to be better friends and develop healthier relationships. They will further their understanding of a common language for confidently managing conflict and create a culture that is rooted in respect and kindness. They will also discover what is normal in a friendship, the difference between healthy and unhealthy friendships and how to stand up for themselves.
