Unfortunately, we are unable to appoint all applicants to formal positions of leadership. There will no doubt be joyful responses and, conversely, sadness. It’s a cliched expression, but raising children is a marathon – not a sprint. In most cases my experience is that open and honest communication with your child, along with clear and consistent guidance will help them to navigate these years well. Hang in there!
