Last week I had the privilege of attending Year 8 camp at Teen Ranch. I was really inspired with our Year 8 students.

Throughout their schooling, students are taught new ways to communicate. The Deep Learning Global Competency of Communication seeks to develop a student’s ability to communicate effectively.

As the Class of 2022 graduates, we are sending a group of digital savvy learners into society to impact it for the better. I look forward to seeing the impact that they have and wish them the very best as they use the things that they have learnt at the College.

As we seek to improve learning attributes at Shellharbour Anglican College we are focussing on some global competencies called the Deep Learning 6Cs. One of these six competencies is Collaboration.

I'd like to encourage all adults to instead ask kids what they want to learn in the future. Challenge them to wonder how they will learn it.
