Head of Junior School
One of the joys of raising children is to discover and build up their strengths. From Positive Psychology comes the focus on those attributes there are above the base line of human health and lead to flourishing. Three factors contribute to a strength; talent, enjoyment or passion and commitment. Primary schooling is often the space in which opportunities are explored. Sometimes a natural talent rises to the top but without a commitment to practice and a love for the activity it can be a hobby or a chore. And it’s ok to explore sports, music, arts, language or science as the years progress. Sometimes a talent takes the right combination of timing, maturity and support to really shine. The Junior School seeks to provide these opportunities for our growing young people so that over time we may enjoy what God has blessed us in and with.
