Job of the week: Client Project Manager

With our master plans bringing our campus and the education of our students to the next level, we are looking for a confident and experienced construction Project Manager, with 5+ years’ experience, to join us on a full-time permanent basis, commencing immediately.

You will see yourself being part of a team assisting in several large landmark construction projects, including one currently under construction, one in design, and one that has recently received approval from the Department of Planning, as well as assisting in the management of capital works projects at the College.

Working closely from our offices located in beautiful Pymble every day, and alongside the Master Planning Project Director you will be involved in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will also see yourself developing your skillsets, through your involvement in the day-to-day activities that will be required of you. In addition, this role will have you develop strong relationships with the users, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders involved in this exciting process. Bringing a familiarity and a confidence in compliance, building codes, regulations and industry standards, commensurate with your experience, as well as working closely with the Project Director to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, will accompany this fulfilling and rewarding role.

  • Experience working on education related construction projects in a live environment would be beneficial.
