Tennis
Congratulations to Ashlee Narker (Year 12) for making the finals of the J100 Mornington ITF 18U singles. Ashlee is also competing this week representing NSW in the Pizzey Cup in Canberra. Good luck Ash!
Congratulations also to Gabrielle Chan (Year 6) for her recent performance at the NSW PSSA Tennis Championships. Gabrielle was undefeated in her matches representing the NSW CIS team, which finished in first place in both the girls and combined teams’ events. Gabrielle made it into the playoff matches for a spot in the NSW Bruce Cup team, but narrowly missed out. Well done Gabby!

Pymble Slam Saturday Hot Shots Match Play
Our Pymble Slam Saturday match play sessions run every Saturday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. Hot shots are for all Pymble Kindergarten to Year 6 students involved in the tennis program to experience competition in a positive and welcoming environment.
Our Hot Shots program will use smaller courts and low compression balls to facilitate longer and more enjoyable rallies between players of similar abilities.
Students will play their matches on the correct stage that they are training on. The lessons are a great way for students to practice and showcase the new skills they have learnt during their weekly tennis lessons.
This term we will be running red and orange Hot Shots only and will be running green and yellow ball UTR tournaments later in the term.
All Hot Shots programs are supervised by our very own qualified Tennis Academy coaches.
If you are interested in joining our Hot Shots on Saturdays, please contact the tennis co-ordinator, Mr Jufri Foss.
