2025 SMNE Summer Championships
The 2025 SMNE Summer Championships held last weekend at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre were a truly successful meet. With a team of 27 Pymble Ladies’ College students and 30 external Pymble swimmers, we are proud to announce that Knox Pymble Swim Club (KPSC) finished FIRST in the Northern Suburbs point score, winning by a large margin over second place.
As a coaching team, we were impressed by everyone’s spirit and performance. The bar was set high, with countless personal bests achieved across all levels, a testament to the dedication of our swimmers and coaches alike.
A special mention goes to Star for bringing great energy and attitude to their races, thanks in large part to Coach Rohan’s leadership.
Congratulations to our Cadet swimmers, who achieved Junior Metro qualifying times in multiple events as well as Senior State Age qualifying times. Your hard work, supported by Coach Sara, is clearly paying off.
The Engine Squad had an outstanding meet, with many swimmers smashing personal bests, earning new State Age qualifying times, and even achieving National qualifying times. The squad’s energy is evident, and Coach Jarrod has been instrumental in guiding these swimmers as they transition toward becoming senior-level athletes.
Coach Leanne and I are proud of our Pride and Roar squad swimmers for their leadership and inspiring our younger swimmers throughout their development pathway. Together, we’re learning that with trust and belief, nothing can stop us from reaching our goals.
As always, the relays were a highlight, particularly for our 13/U team, who showed fantastic team spirit and determination to win.
Top 5 Point Scorers
This year marks the first time Pymble Swimming has had two Year 3 girls finish inside the Top 5 of the overall point score. An incredible achievement that reflects the exciting depth emerging within our junior program. This success is a direct result of the passion, consistency, and dedication from junior coaches Nikki, Rohan and Sara, whose commitment is building a strong foundation for the future of Pymble swimming.
