2024 Abbotsleigh Development Meet

On Sunday 18 August, a team of 23 Pymble swimmers competed at the Abbotsleigh Development Meet. This is a fun and exciting meet for all swimmers aged 12 years and under, and it also gives the chance to non-club members to experience racing for the first time.

Pymble swimmers won plenty of medals with many personal bests, and a few new state times also achieved. The highlight of the day is always the golden flipper relay where our team managed, with an outstanding swim, to bring the golden flipper trophy back to Pymble for the fourth year in a row. Our 4x50m medley team also won the silver medal in a very exciting race.

It was a lot of fun, cheering, smiles, and learning in preparation for Junior State. Thank you to our coaching team for the support and assisting our Pymble girls during the meet. State Championships this Weekend
