NSW State Championships 2022/2023 Swimming Report – Monday 12 December to Saturday 17 December 2022
Vibes were phenomenal as we successfully used the mantra that the team themselves designed for these championships of STICK;

There were many examples where this mantra created energy, calmness, toughness, and team spirit.
Pymble’s (not including Knox or our external boys) statistical results were as follows:

- KPSC – 2nd overall in NSW

I could not have been prouder of the swimmers. They lifted, endured, supported and lived and breathed our college values all weekend.
Thank you to Coach Sara for attending the event to film the swimmer’s races that aided in analysis. Thanks to Michelle who is a rock to the swimmers when they need anything and everything. Congratulations to Raf who coached many of his swimmers to first time National qualifications and State medals. Thank you to the parents that supported for seven days straight!

2023 SMNE 13/U Speedo Sprint Meet Heats Report
31 Pymble swimmers as part of Knox Pymble Swim Club (KPSC) represented their club Saturday 4 February 2023 at the Sydney Metro North East (SMNE) Speedo Sprint meet. All swimmers achieved amazing personal bests, swimming with great technique and race skills. Every swimmer showed great team spirit!
The main aim of SMNE sprint series heats is to provide swimmers in the eight to thirteen years the opportunity to compete at a SMNE level. The top four swimmers in each age group will represent SMNE at the Speedo Series Finals. Fourteen Pymble Ladies have made it through to the finals on Saturday 4 March. This is a record for our program. The swimmers also competed in Freestyle and Medley relays. A huge congratulations to all swimmers and coaches for all their hard work over the last year.
