Grand Final 2023
We had an exciting week of igsa Netball Grand Finals on Saturday, with lots of great Netball on display.
Pymble 1
A tight goal for goal game against Roseville College. The athleticism and skill level from both teams was outstanding. The turning point was definitely the 4th quarter where Pymble dominated and were eventual winners by 15 goals. With six Year 12 students graduating this year, we would like to thank them for their contribution to Pymble Netball over the years and look forward to seeing them back as coaches next year. Congratulations Pymble 1 on a successful undefeated season. Score 39 to 24
Pymble 23
A consistent performing team across the season. The team came together and fought hard to build on each quarter. Well done on your win Pymble 23! Score 17 to 14
Pymble 24
A tough battle between the top two teams of the year, Pymble 24 and St Vincent’s College 16 – even extra time in the Grand Final could not separate them. Congratulations on a competitive season and well done on being joint winners! Score 18 to 18
Pymble 16
A tough season but teamwork was the key. Each player fought hard to earn a place in the Grand Final. Unfortunately, Loreto Normanhurst were just too strong on the day. Well done on a great season Pymble 16. Score 14 to 22
Pymble 21
Another tough game with a battle of the top two schools in this division. The game went down to the last whistle with Ravenswood taking the win. Well done on a great season Pymble 21. Score 14 to 16
Thank you to our entire Pymble netball team, not only players but coaches, umpires and parents who turn up each week and represent Pymble Ladies’ College. We love seeing our students participating, displaying true Pymble sportsmanship and enjoying the game of netball. We hope to see all of you enjoying your netball in 2024!
