Music
Congratulations
Camellia Zhou (Year 8) Grade 8 Viola – A+
Yuna Shin (Year 7) Grade 5 Clarinet – Honours
To all our musicians across the schools: what a year it has been, and this term has been incredibly hectic. The students here at Pymble have demonstrated such a strength in their personalities, their musical prowess, and their ability to put their best musical feet forward at all costs. It is my joy and privilege to witness these amazing students daily, and also to work with their wonderful conductors.
This week has been the last rehearsal for many of our ensembles and the Music staff would like to thank parents and students for all their hard work. For those who are going right to the end with Speech Day and Carols, we thank you for your amazing diligence and approach to your learning.
Rehearsals for 2024 will most likely commence in week 2. Registrations have been done through the CCSA team. Auditions for Senior Chamber Strings, Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Wind Ensemble and Stage Band will be done once we have settled; likely Week 3 or 4.
The last few days are busy as we prepare the Final events for the year.
