Secondary Ensemble Concert

Congratulations to all the performers at the Secondary School Ensemble Concert on Wednesday night. The girls always turn on the musical charm and we, as their conductors, are amazed at how often they are able to come together and create music. I’d like to especially thank our two finalists, Gabrielle Zhong and Ashleigh O’Young, on their spectacular performances. We are in awe of you both.

Please note that Term 3 rehearsals will commence in Week 1 (apart from the Monday groups). Although we do not have a concert in Term 3, this is where we work on repertoire for the end of the year (lots and lots of concerts) and ask girls to sit in performance seats once occupied by the Year 12 cohort.

Uniform change – final reminder

We are in the process of updating the current red music performance jacket. Please use this link to vote. The link will close tonight, when the decision will be made. The jackets will be a choice of black with red piping OR red with black piping. The reason for the change is based around style and allowing the girls some choice in what they wear. There will also be black pants as part of the uniform, which all girls must wear. This will all be available from 2024.
