Round 5
What a week it’s been for igsa Hockey! Round 5 brought with it another exhilarating set of matches, and our athletes certainly did not disappoint. The energy on the pitch was matched only by the cheers from the sidelines!
The absolute highlight of the week, and what a spectacle it was, came from a fierce top of the table clash, as Pymble 1 faced off against the formidable PLC Sydney 1. With both teams bringing their very best, the tension was sky-high, but our amazing Pymble girls showed true grit and determination. In a nail-biting finish, they emerged victorious, clinching the win by just one goal. What a fantastic performance!
As we look ahead to the remainder of the season, excitement continues to build. With all our teams sitting comfortably in the top five just over the halfway mark, it’s a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and spirit shown by everyone involved. Let’s keep that momentum going!
Thank you to all players, coaches, families, and supporters for making this season a memorable one so far. We can’t wait to see what incredible moments the next few weeks will bring!
