From the Co-curricular Performing Arts Team
As we pass the halfway point of the term, I wanted to thank our extraordinary Performing Arts teachers, practitioners and administrators for their ongoing expertise and dedication.
The work of our Performing Arts staff in both cocurricular and curricular contexts consistently extends well beyond the formal school day in early mornings, afternoons and evenings and also on weekends when much of the campus is quiet. It can sometimes be a lonely existence and the midway point in the term can often be the most demanding and challenging time for staff with current preparation and final realisation of performance and competition events still ahead.
I am sure I speak on behalf of Pymble students involved in the Performing Arts in acknowledging the staff for their ongoing dedication. Also, a hat doffed in respect to the staff in the Gillian Moore Centre for Performing Arts who continue to empathetically and expertly support and guide the myriad of Performing Arts events that stretch across Terms 3 and 4 in curricular and co-curricular showcases.
To all staff in the Performing Arts, thank you. You remain the resonantly and resiliently beating cultural heart of Pymble.
