Everything you need to know about Garden Party 2023
Make sure you schedule a fun family day out in your calendar this year, by saving the date for Pymble’s Garden Party!
Garden Party will be held on campus on Saturday 16 September from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
It is sure to be a fun-filled day with an array of fabulous food, coffee, entertainment, rides, games, produce, arts and crafts, plants, gifts, toys and much more.
Funds raised at this year’s Garden Party will go to The Smith Family and Dignity.
As parking will be limited on the day, we recommend families catch the train to Pymble Station from where our campus is only a short five-minute walk away.
We look forward to welcoming students, their families and members of the public for a day full of fun, all while supporting a good cause!
Important Garden Party Information
This year’s Garden Party is promising to be our biggest and best yet. We are looking forward to celebrating with our Pymble and local community on Saturday 16 September.
Cashless
In the interests of security and convenience for our community, this year’s Garden Party will be predominantly cashless with all stalls and entertainment accepting credit and debit cards. Our aim is for Garden Party to be 100 per cent cashless in 2024.
Cash will still be accepted on a few stalls this year and we will have an ATM available at Middle School with a limited amount of cash available on the day.
Canines
Dogs are not permitted at Garden Party so please leave your furry family members at home.
Cars
Every year we welcome between 5,000 to 10,000 visitors to Garden Party. In the interests of safety, the College grounds are closed to cars on the day and parking is very limited on our neighbouring streets. We strongly recommend using public transport to and from Garden Party.
