Bravo to our actors

On Monday evening, students from across the College took to the stage at the Riverside Theatre for the Short and Sharp performance festival.

The Junior School team performed “Elements”: Mya Aggarwal (Year 6), Bhuvika Bhatia Year 6), Kate Bi (Year 6), Sana Iyer Year 6), Anandita Kalantri (Year 6), Arlene Ke (Year 6), Emily Pu (Year 6), Aaisha Suresh (Year 6), and Angelina Yang (Year 6).

The Middle School team performed “Snow Vite and the 7 Vampires”: Orla Cottrell (Year 8), Amelia Hardas (Year 8), Molly Hardiman (Year 8), Amber Lewis (Year 8), Annabelle Rolph (Year 8), Chloe Xiong (Year 8), and Summer Zhou (Year 8).

The evening concluded with a show-stopping performance from the Senior team with their original piece, The Court Case of 789. This piece was awarded first place. The judges praised the group for their ensemble work, high energy, and vocal projection. Congratulations to Jessica Allman (Year 10), Zoe Bloom (Year 10), Emily Chiang (Year 10), Katerina Economou (Year 10), Grace McSweeney (Year 10), Laranya Nanthakumaran (Year 10), Isabel Neal (Year 10), Laura Sayers (Year 10), Chloe Wang (Year 10), Nina Wang (Year 10), and Lara Waterhouse (Year 10).

We are thrilled to share that The Court Case of 789 will move on to the grand final. This is a testament to the team’s talent, commitment and collaborative spirit.
