Spotlight on Drama Skills!

As CentreStage approaches, our Drama Skills classes are hard at work, devising original pieces of theatre. Guided by their passionate instructors, these students are creating new pieces based on the theme “Behind the Mask.”

Starting with a blank slate, the class has been brainstorming, improvising, and shaping their unique narratives. Alongside this creative devising process, they are honing essential acting skills—stage presence, vocal projection, and emotional expression—building the foundation for powerful and engaging performances. Confidence and collaboration are key elements in this class and students are learning to step into the spotlight, embrace challenges, and support each other, fostering a team spirit that is vital in theatre.

We hope you can all join us for a night of fun and excitement at CentreStage Behind the Mask.
