Round 4 – Pymble 11 Match Report
Despite having only five players, Pymble 11 basketball team delivered an impressive performance, securing a well-earned win against Queenwood in their latest game. The girls demonstrated outstanding energy, teamwork, and determination throughout, with strong rebounding and sharp shooting on both ends of the court. This game highlighted how Pymble 11 players are bringing new concepts from training into their game play. It was a fantastic team effort and a thoroughly deserved victory. Every player stepped up to the challenge, supporting each other and maintaining a high level of intensity right to the final buzzer. Their commitment and positive attitude were clear to see and promise more great results in the season ahead.
A special mention goes to Sarah Asgari (Year 8), Nicole Fan (Year 9), and Stephanie Du (Year 9) who played a game before their Pymble 11 match!
Season Shoutouts
This week’s season shout out goes the Carrington Shelmerdine (Year 7) and her family, who kindly put their hand up to help transports team members to and from Frensham over the weekend. Their willingness to support the team are truly appreciated.
