From Vanessa Clyne, Acting Head Coach
I wanted to take a moment to express how lovely it has been to return to the gym recently. It has been a joy to see so many familiar faces and to meet so many enthusiastic new members. The energy and passion within our community is truly inspiring.
I also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge Alison’s fantastic work. Her dedication has always been exceptional, and it’s heartwarming to hear that she is now enjoying precious moments with her beautiful baby boy, Joey. She and Joey are doing wonderfully and making the most of their special 12 months of maternity leave.
Thank you all for your continued hard work and support. I’m looking forward to what the rest of the year holds and am excited about the many achievements and milestones ahead.
We are fortunate to have a team of exceptionally experienced and dedicated coaches who are here to guide and inspire our gymnasts. Stay tuned for more details on their backgrounds and specialisations—our coaches are truly the heart of our club!

- If you are arriving late to gym due to another activity, please pop into the office to get your attendance marked.
- If you are not feeling 100%, please let your coach know accordingly, so the training session can be amended to bring out the best of you on that day.
- Keep the Gym Tidy
- Please ensure that you take care of your own personal equipment and keep the gym clean. We are seeing a large amount of lost property. Please ensure all individual items are labelled, i.e. leotards, crop tops, sweatbands, loops, grips, tiger paws, socks etc.
