Frank Murphy Diving Interclub – Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre (SOPAC)

On Sunday 17 September, our competitive diving team competed in the second Interclub of the season.

It was wonderful to see participation from our Pymble divers, as well as seeing excellent results and qualifications achieved.

These events provide opportunity for divers to gain experience in competition and progress to qualifying for Age Nationals. The level of improvement, excitement and comradery displayed amongst our team was inspiring. Congratulations divers on all the following achievements.

Garden Party

It was exciting to see the attendance at the Come and Try FunDive session at Garden Party last Saturday 16 September. Hopefully these divers will be encouraged to register in any of the diving programs offered at the College in the future.

Well done to all divers on your commitment to fantastic term of Diving, particularly during those very cold evenings where it would have been more comfortable in front of the fire than in the cold water!

Congratulations to our newly appointed Captain of Diving for 2023/2024, Angela Xenofontos (Year 9). We are looking forward to your enthusiastic input over the coming year.

Happy holidays and see you back in the pool in term 4.
