From the Senior School
From the Head of Senior School
It was wonderful to welcome the Year 11 students back into their normal school routine, following the conclusion of their Yearly Examinations. The Senior School team is very proud of the mature and sensible way that all the girls approached and completed their exams.

New leaders’ announcement
There was plenty of excitement on Tuesday when our new student leaders for Term 4, 2023 and 2024 were announced. Congratulations to Julie and Bella, our new Head Prefects, and all of the students elected to leadership roles. The official induction of our new leaders will take place next term on 13 October. I would also like to acknowledge all of the Year 11 students who submitted an application. It takes a lot of courage to put yourself forward for positions such as this, and strong resilience and grace to accept the results when they are not in your favour.
It is appropriate for me to thank our graduating Prefects and Class of 2023 for the outstanding way that they have led the school, with kindness, inclusion and plenty of Pymble pride!

Year 12 Drama Showcase
Last week we enjoyed two nights of outstanding performances from our Drama students, as they presented their Individual and Group Projects for the HSC. The performances were of such a high standard, and so diverse in their focus – we had humour, joy, sadness and satire. Congratulations to all students involved, on a year of tremendous effort and focus. Also many thanks to Mr Michael Griffiths for his leadership of this group of performers.
