Pymble 1’s match was against the only other undefeated team, Monte. It was a hard-fought win with Amarley Bron (Year 12) showing leadership in keeping the team calm through the close stretches of the game. Madeleine Coman (Year 12) and Abigail Tyler (Year 12) were dependable as always, consistently keeping us ahead by knocking down shots. The entire team’s defensive effort won the game, but a special shoutout to Ariana Ziolkowski (Year 9) for getting fouled on a three-point attempt – making all three freethrows – and then coming back down the next play to sink a three pointer to win the game!

Charlotte Craig (Year 10) made the most plays in the post for Pymble 2, not only scoring goals but also with defensive rebounds and hustling up and down the court.

Diana Attinger (Year 10) didn’t stop all game for Pymble 3. She had a great work rate and was the top scorer.

Giaan Jackson (Year 11) gave 100% effort on defence for Pymble 4.

Caitlin Pridmore (Year 11) ran circles around everyone driving hard to the rim with some great layouts and always running hard on defence for Pymble 5.

Pymble 6 had another team win shooting and pulling all the stops on defence.

Melanie Tan (Year 10) dominated the court with great assists and runs and stole the ball from the other team multiple times and had a great shooting game for Pymble 7.

Shanya Parti (Year 11) had great defensive pressure and chased jafter all the loose balls for Pymble 8.

Harriet Murphy (Year 8) was proactive in getting steals and pressuring the ball on defence for Pymble 9.

Ruby Watson (Year 8) was aggressive on both offense and defence for Pymble 10.

Lucy Lakeman (Year 8) put a good number of points on the board for Pymble 11. She showed determination and courage even though it was a physical match.

Nazgol Koochakzadeh (Year 8) had amazing dribbling up the court with fast breaks, making quite a few shots for Pymble 12.

Abby Pisani (Year 7) had great offensive spacing and movement with the ball creating many scoring opportunities for Pymble 13.

Stephanie Du (Year 7) was determined throughout the game, diving after loose balls and fighting until the jump ball was called. Her confidence and shooting accuracy has improved and she hit a couple great points for Pymble 14.

Olivia Pragassen (Year 7) scored all points for Pymble 15. Even after rolling her ankle and a short rest on the bench, she eagerly returned to the court and played the hardest.

Katy Jung (Year 7) listened to her coach and stayed in the key to call for the ball and shoot for Pymble 16. It was hard for her team to score but Katy never lost her enthusiasm.

Emma Koorey (Year 7) played a determined game for Pymble 17, attacking on offense and going for steals on defence.
