Congratulations to our 700 incredible dancers and 40 staff members who worked hard to produce and perform seven Dance Showcases over four days last week and weekend. It’s phenomenal to think that 2,873 people showed up to enjoy the outstanding talent that comes from our Pymble Dance program – and that there were 646 pirouettes in one show alone (thank you Miss Cluff for that fun fact!).
Our Junior School girls have finished the year with determination and pride, from outstanding performances at the Dance Showcase to remarkable achievements in mathematics, debating and international competitions. We also celebrated the announcement of our 2026 Junior School Leaders and continued to see creativity and curiosity shine through hands-on learning experiences such as the Aquadrive renewable-energy workshop and the PJ Factor Showcase.
Our Middle School Assembly brought the community together to celebrate the year, honour our student leaders and farewell Year 8. We also unveiled our stunning Port Jackson shark weaving project, created in partnership with First Nations artists, and celebrated outstanding achievements in debating, public speaking and mathematics.
Year 10 embraced Futures Week with energy and purpose, exploring career pathways, building confidence and engaging with industry experts. We also celebrated the final Vision Valley groups returning from their residential programs, with students showing remarkable growth in independence, resilience and leadership.
Our new Year 12 students leaned into challenge this week, embracing assessment season with maturity and grit. We also celebrated outstanding effort across Year 11 and enjoyed moments of connection through World Kindness Day, House Dance Off and YES Market Day - each reflecting courage, gratitude and the vibrant spirit of our Senior School community.
Our Boarding community is full of festive spirit, from decorating fresh Christmas trees to welcoming new 2026 Boarders for a warm and joyful sleepover. We farewelled the much-loved Lea Waterhouse and celebrated meaningful milestones including the Lang Housewarming, weekend adventures and impressive student leadership across the Houses.
