It’s been a week of fantastic performances and inspiring student initiatives! We are celebrating our Year 1 and 2 students for their wonderful show, Pirates of the Curry Bean. It’s also a big week for our girl-led projects like Swap ‘Til you Drop, Cook2Care, and Bead4Love, which are all about making a difference in our community and for the elders that Pymble visits. Our Year 6 students also had a great time on their excursion to Parliament House and the Art Gallery of NSW, and it's been wonderful to see so much hands-on learning in science across all year groups.

Our Year 8 students had an incredible time on the Goodooga Indigenous Games Cultural Immersion Trip, and their reflections show just how much they gained from the experience. In other news, we're getting ready to welcome students from Millingimbi School and would appreciate any donations of warm clothing to help them with our southern winter. Congratulations to all our Year 7 award recipients and new Transition Leader applicants!

We were delighted to host St Edmund’s for their Athletics Carnival at Pymble this week, and it was fantastic to see the sun shine for the day! Our Year 10 student helpers shared some truly heartwarming reflections on their rewarding experience. We’re also exploring new coeducational opportunities for our girls, and a huge congratulations to Catherine and Willa for their outstanding achievements.

What a fantastic effort from our Year 12s on their HSC Trial exams! We're also cheering on the Year 11s as they prepare for their upcoming exams. We're looking forward to our annual Garden Party, which will raise funds for two wonderful charities, and it was great to see our students Isabella and Aria attend a Wellbeing Conference to learn about resilience and stress management.

It's wonderful to see the sunshine this week as we start getting excited for spring and our annual Garden Party! The new Big Sister/Little Sister program is off to a great start, building stronger bonds between our boarders. We also loved connecting with families at the recent regional expos, and a huge congratulations to our Boarder of the Week, Daysie, for being such a thoughtful and helpful member of the Pymble community.
