Team of the Week – Pymble 2 (Division 2)

This week’s team of the week goes to Pymble 2. This team were firing in their first match of the day coming up against a determined Tara team.

Notable mentions to Chloe Brogan (Year 12) who was instrumental in guiding the team around the park. Holly Craig (Year 12) was damaging with the ball in hand, making valuable meters and scoring some very entertaining tries. Andie Hodder (Year 12) was strong in the breakdown and showed off her blistering pace out wide. Latiah McMillian (Year 11) and Dezi Magann-Jones (Year 11) dominated the opposition in the scrums. Alice Beveridge (Year 11), Alessandra Braysich (Year 12), Alexandra Hyett (Year 12), Allyana Levy (Year 11), and Isabel Matosantos (Year 12) had great work rate around the park, keeping the ball alive and with some slick ball work to the edges.

The second match of the day for Pymble 2 was a friendly against Ravenswood 1. Unfortunately, we went down in this one against a very tough and athletic team. It was of course not without a fight and our girls should be very proud of their efforts!
