Water Polo

Huge congratulations to two of our Pymble students: Zara Cooke (Year 10) and Kiera Mironova (Year 11).  Zara and Kiera competed in the World Aquatics Women’s Under 16 Water Polo Championships held in Manisa, Turkey from Friday 28 June to Thursday 4 July 2024.

The Australian Under 16 team triumphed over European powerhouse Croatia to secure the Bronze in a final score, Australia 13 to Croatia 10. What an amazing achievement!

Term 3 has started with great excitement, our Opens team posting a significant win 24 to 0, against Ravenswood on Friday 26 July at MLC Burwood. 

A special congratulations to Sophie Beveridge (Year 9), Zara Cooke (Year 10), Melijah Dwight (Year 12), Paige Gram (Year 12), Tessa Gregory-Reid (Year 10), Sophie Laing (Year 11), Kiera Mironova (Year 11), Caitlin Pridmore (Year 12), Emma Roberts (Year 8), Phoebe Roberts (Year 10), Alexandra Warren (Year 8) and Isabella Yu (Year 11). Everyone in the team scored at least one goal in the game!

Our Year 7 Northern Suburbs team came away with a strong win against St Lukes, 8 to 2 at Warringah Aquatic Centre on Friday 26 July.
