Cadets
During the recent term break, selected Cadets participated in leadership courses at the Singleton Army Base, alongside the Barker College Cadet Unit. Ten fourth-year cadets participated in the Senior Leadership Course (SLC), while 11 second-year cadets engaged in the Junior Leadership Course (JLC). These courses, which span five days (including overnight stays), hone the cadets’ leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
The curriculum was strategically structured to push the cadets beyond their comfort zones, presenting them with multifaceted challenges that tested their resilience and adaptability.
Each cadet demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill throughout the program, reflecting their commitment to personal and collective growth. The successful completion of these courses is a testament to their hard work and determination. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the cadets who participated and excelled in these demanding courses.
