Mini Meet – Paris 2024

On Wednesday 29 May, Pymble Swimming held a mini meet with the focus on Paris 2024. 60 swimmers attended from our tiger sharks, mini, star and cadet squads. Senior swimmers from Pride and Engine took leadership and did an excellent job raising team spirit and organising teams.

After swimmers were allocated into teams, they had to pick an Olympic swimmer as their team mascot. Halfway through the mini meet, teams made up a chant about their Olympic swimmer. The songs were outstanding, very creative and inspiring.

Jessica Croll (Year 11) and Sarah Tian (Year 10) organised a spinning wheel with mystery relays, keeping swimmers guessing and keeping everyone involved.

Thank you to all parents for your support and cheering. Thanks to coaches Andrea Raso, Sara Petronzio, Rafael Rodrigues and Michelle Thomas for their huge efforts in another successful mini meet.

Bring on the Olympics!
