Junior School Sport
It was amazing to see how many Year 6 students attended the official launch of our partnership with the Australian Olympic Committee as an Olympic Pathway school last Saturday 11 May. In true Junior School spirit, these students didn’t hold back from asking many questions while having photos taken with the Olympians present on the day. It was an inspiring and amazing experience for all students who attended.

Junior School Sport Team of the Week
Congratulations to IPSHA Hockey Pymble 3 (Year 5), this week’s Junior School Sport Team of the Week. Anyone at the game witnessed one of the best comebacks of all time by Pymble 3! The players were down 4 to 0 very early against Ascham, however, they completely flipped a switch at halftime, bringing amazing defence and dominance into the game, seeing the team claw their way back and draw the game 5 to 5! Well done team-such an exciting game to watch showing true Pymble grit, courage and determination!
CIS Sport Representative Hockey Trials
Congratulations to Madison Burns (Year 6), Bethany Tucker (Year 6) and Sophie Ahn (Year 6), who were selected to trial for the CIS Hockey Representative team last Monday 13 May. Although Madison, Bethany and Sophie did not make the CIS team, they showed great determination and spirit and should be very proud of their efforts.
