Arabella Wheatley (Year 10) was selected and competed for the Australian U16 national team for the annual Alpe Cimbra Cup competition in Folgaria Italy. This competition is the highest level global U16 ski competition in the world and the first time Arabella has skied internationally for Australia.

400 competitors representing 41 countries compete in the Alpe Cimbra Cup.

The skiing was incredibly competitive with high energy and it was amazing to see Arabella skiing amongst such high calibre racers. Many winners of this competition often progress to race in the World Cup and Winter Olympics.
