Year 10 OLE Week Snowy Mountain Adventures <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Round Square Outcomes: Adventure and Environmentalism<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We are excited to propose a 5-night outdoor adventure program for Year 10 students in OLE Week 1, Term 4.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This program focuses on building skills, resilience, and teamwork through activities like mountain biking, backcountry skiing and canoeing with opportunities for Service Learning.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Activity Options (TBC):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Alpine Backcountry Expedition: Learn snowshoeing and skiing, followed by a multi-day alpine camping trek.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    or<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. Mountain Biking & Paddle Expedition: Develop Mountain Biking in the incredible Snowy Mountains and then embark on a guided paddle camping trip.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Service Integration<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      A service-learning component, such as environmental conservation or community projects, will be included to add depth and meaning to the program.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
