Pre-Kindergarten

Monday 29 January 2024 – Welcome Day

All Pre-K students are very welcome to drop in on Monday 29 January in casual clothes to see their classroom, enjoy their new playground and meet their teacher, at a time convenient for your family between 1:30pm and 3:00pm.

The invitation is extended to all Pre-K students, no matter the days they will normally attend.

If you are unable to make it on Monday, you are welcome to contact Lucy Welsh, our Registrar via enrol@oxley.nsw.edu.au or 4861 1366 to arrange a drop-in on Wednesday 24 or Thursday 25 January to see the space, should you wish.

Tuesday 30 January 2024 – First Day of Classes

Term 1 commences on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at 8.45am.

For Pre-K this means those students who attend 5 days and those who attend Monday-Wednesday will be at School. For those attending Wednesday-Friday, they will commence on Wednesday 31 January.

Students are to wear full Pre-K Summer Uniform.

Junior School

Monday 29 January 2024 – New Students Welcome Day

All Junior School students who are new to Oxley this year are very welcome to drop in on Monday 29 January, in casual clothes, to see their classroom and meet their teacher, at a time convenient for your family between 1:30pm and 3:00pm.

Tuesday 30 January 2024 – First Day of Classes

Term 1 classes commence on Tuesday 30 January at 8.45am.

Students are to wear their full Junior School Summer Uniform.

Lunches can be ordered from the Canteen from the first day of school using the Flexi-Schools App. Access details will be shared next week.

Local school buses commence Tuesday 30 January 2024.

Senior School

Monday 29 January 2024 – Welcome Day

We look forward to welcoming all new Senior School Students and all of Year 7 and 11 on this day.

The arrival time is 8.30am and we are asking for students to gather in their house groups on Founders Field in front of the Peter Craig Centre (PCC).

New students in Year 8 -10 will attend in the morning only – from 8.30am-10.30am.

All new and returning Year 7 and 11 Students will be required to be at school for the full day.
Year 7 depart at 3.00pm
Year 11 depart at 2.30pm

We ask for all students to please be in their full summer uniform.

There will be optional Meet the Mentor appointments via video link for all new students throughout the day, the Year 7 appointments will commence at 3.00pm. Further details will be shared next week.
