Happy Feast Day!<\/b><\/h4>\n
Today we celebrated the Feast Day of Jeanne\u2013Marie Chavoin, Foundress of the Marist Sisters with Mass and some tasty Tutor picnics followed by fun House activities. The enthusiastic community spirit evident channelled the desire of Jeanne-Marie for a Marist school to be a \u2018united\u2019 community. Jeanne-Marie Chavoin was a woman of formidable courage, humility and strength who proclaimed the Gospel message in very practical ways. As Marist women, we are inspired each day by her qualities. A woman of great trust in God, she prayed,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cUnite all your actions to those of Our Lord. Ask Him often to come to your aid and to bless you.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
A special moment in our liturgy acknowledged the Marist sisters by presenting each sister with flowers to thank them for their continued support of our College community: Sr Gail Reneker \u2013 Unit Leader, <\/span>Sr Cath Lacey, Sr Noelene Simmons, Sr Mary Farrelly, Sr Vivienne Goldstein and Sr Julie Brand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
