Changes to routine can be challenging and your daughter may experience times when she feels a range of uncomfortable emotions such as sadness, stress, or isolated. Feelings come and feelings go. <\/span>During the holidays we encourage you to check in with her if you notice any concerns or changes in behaviours or functioning. It can be helpful to let her know that you are available to speak with. You may also like to encourage them to stay connected with friends, look after their physical health and engage in the activities that they enjoy. <\/span>If you identify that she may benefit from chatting with someone, we encourage you to make them aware and support them to access support services.
