MSCW dominated from the first track event being the 1500m and also solid results in the field. A highlight being at the end of the day with MSCW taking first place in the 12 years, 13 years, 14 years, 15 years and 16 years relays.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sydney Catholic Schools Athletics Championships<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Sydney Catholic Schools Athletics Championships were the first event of their kind, combining all four SCS conferences across both the competition track and warm-up track on Friday 26 August.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The event showcased the best Track and Field Athletes across Sydney Catholic Schools. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">MSCW students competed well throughout the day with excellent results across all age groups. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Highlights being Emma Websdale taking out the multi-class division and being crowed female athlete of the day and Ellie Barnett being the 15 years age champion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">MSCW finished with 364.5 points and took home the prestigious honour of Sydney Champions!<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400\">Congratulations to the Junior, Intermediate and Open girls who represented MSCW at the NSW CCC Netball Championships on Tuesday 16 August in Penrith. Catholic Schools from all over NSW come to compete in this extremely competitive and tough tournament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The weather was perfect for Netball and MSCW students made the College proud with some great results on the court throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>MSCW Tennis<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d1dfwahqlx324v.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2022\/09\/Screen-Shot-2022-09-14-at-11.38.18-am.png\" data-rel=\"lightcase\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4712 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/d1dfwahqlx324v.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2022\/09\/Screen-Shot-2022-09-14-at-11.38.18-am-e1663119786813.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"277\" \/><\/a>Congratulations to the MSCW Tennis Team for their recent success in the Sydney Catholic Schools Tennis competition from Weeks 3-7 Term 3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Well done to the Intermediate Tennis Team for their excellent play in their doubles and singles games. They demonstrated great teamwork and skills in their serves and volleys.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the end the intermediate team pulled through bringing home second place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Senior Team also played with great power and displayed amazing forehand and backhand shots with topspin.
