On the second day of term, our Athletics Carnival was a powerful demonstration of what happens when students show up for one another. Attendance was excellent, house spirit was vibrant, and participation levels were high. Most importantly, the atmosphere was characterised by sisterly encouragement with students celebrating each other\u2019s efforts, offering support, and lifting one another to achieve their personal best. It was wonderful to see new debaters develop their skills and more experienced debaters further expand their skills and knowledge throughout the competition. A particular highlight has been our Year 12 team, who remained undefeated throughout the season &#8211; an exceptional accomplishment. Students worked collaboratively, refined their skills together, and approached each debate with shared determination. Their achievements were strengthened by the unwavering support of our community: dedicated parents and family members who attended each week, teachers who coached and encouraged, and students who came along to support their peers. Students have approached the start of the exam period with maturity, calmness and a genuine sense of collaboration. They have supported one another in their preparation, shared resources, encouraged their peers, and demonstrated the collective strength that comes from working together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Their positive beginning to the Trials is a testament to their hard work, the guidance of their teachers, and the encouragement they receive from one another.
