From the orbits of planets to the structure of a DNA helix, circles are the building blocks of our universe\u2014and <\/span> is the key that unlocks them.<\/span><\/p>\n To celebrate this year, the Maths Club is hosting a special series of <\/span>Recitation Workshops<\/span><\/i>. Have you ever wondered how people manage to recite hundreds of digits of Pi? It\u2019s not magic, it\u2019s strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n We will be teaching proven memorization techniques, including:<\/span><\/p>\n Chunking<\/b>: Breaking long strings of numbers into digestible “bites.”<\/span><\/p>\n Loci Method: <\/b>Associating numbers with physical locations.<\/span><\/p>\n Rhythm & Patterning:<\/b> Turning digits into a melodic sequence.<\/span><\/p>\n Whether you want to learn ten digits or a hundred, these workshops are a fantastic way to sharpen your brain and gain some serious bragging rights for your next family dinner.<\/span><\/p>\n When:<\/b> During Maths Club on 18th March<\/span><\/p>\n Location:<\/b> Jarnosse<\/span><\/p>\n Time:<\/b> Lunchtime<\/span><\/p>\n Come for the math, stay for the techniques, and leave ready to impress.
