On Tuesday and Wednesday of Week 8, our newly elected 2024-2025 Student Leadership Team came together for the Student Leadership Formation Retreat at the Collaroy Centre in Collaroy. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Surrounded by picturesque landscapes the team participated in activities that enhanced their understanding of leadership and began planning for action over the year to come. The group drew upon the teachings from the book \u201cThe Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse\u201d by Charlie Mackesy, a gift from Dr Ireland, and our strong Marist foundations of Mary and the College\u2019s compass for Life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The group then went into planning mode and created their theme for the year. This theme will underpin and provide purpose to every action and initiative over the coming year and will be revealed to the College Community in Term 3. The student leaders then broke into portfolio groups to start planning to bring their theme to life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are very much looking forward to officially welcoming the leaders into their roles on Foundress Day and their leadership over the coming year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
