\"\"<\/a>Year 8 has enjoyed another busy and exciting week as we move through Term 3. This week was our Year 8 Chapel Service, led by the students of Wade Luminary. The service always provides a valuable opportunity for students to reflect and come together as a year group. Thank you to all of the students who contributed to the service through readings, and leadership.<\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n
The excitement continued on Thursday with the annual House Athletics Carnival. It was fantastic to see so many Year 8s in attendance, and with our exchange students, embracing the day with enthusiasm, house spirit and plenty of colour! The Year 8s competed on the track, in field events, and were cheering and encouraging their peers throughout the day. I am particularly proud of the way Year 8 supported one another and represented the school with such positivity and energy.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
There have been so many other wonderful events where Year 8 have been beautiful ambassadors for the\u00a0School;\u00a0Dance Showcase,\u00a0sports finals,\u00a0debating and\u00a0music\u00a0performances\u00a0just to name a few.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
We look forward to\u00a0our\u00a0final week of term ahead\u00a0and farewelling the Year 12 cohort, the Year 8 Big Sisters with smiles (and maybe a few tears!).\u00a0<\/div>\n
