On Wednesday morning, the Pre-Kindergarten students were excited to welcome their parents and families to our Celebration of Learning, The morning began with our familiar songs, including \u2018Hello, how are you?\u2019<\/em> followed by our Acknowledgement of Country, Days of the Week and Months of the Year. The cohort then divided into their respective groups \u2013 Pink Girls, Green Girls and Golden Girls \u2013 to explore and share some of their learning.<\/div>\n

During PE with Leary Brazel,<\/strong> students and parents had the opportunity to demonstrate their ball skills through a range of rolling, bouncing, kicking and throwing activities. In the Pre-Kindergarten Studio, the girls engaged in a variety of learning experiences, including sharing stories we have explored as part of our oral language development, exploring our Kimochi characters and their emotions, developing early mathematical skills, and sharing their learning journals with their families. Sharon Seymour,<\/strong> our Librarian, also shared some of the books the girls have particularly enjoyed throughout the year. Each student selected one of her favourite stories to share and talk about with their parents.<\/div>\n

It was a wonderful celebration of learning, and we sincerely appreciate all our families for taking time to join us and celebrate the girls\u2019 learning and achievements.<\/div>\n
