It\u2019s fantastic to see our Year 10 PASS students developing their coaching skills through a combination of classroom learning and practical application. As part of their current unit, students are exploring the key principles of effective coaching, including communication, leadership, planning, skill development and providing constructive feedback.<\/p>\n

We have been fortunate to welcome experienced coaches from MLC School into our lessons, who have generously shared their expertise and insights into what it takes to create engaging and effective coaching sessions. Their experiences have provided students with valuable perspectives and practical strategies that they can apply in their own coaching practice.<\/p>\n

Over the coming weeks, students will put their learning into action as they design, implement and deliver their own coaching sessions. This hands on experience will challenge them to adapt activities to suit participants, communicate instructions clearly, and provide meaningful feedback. We look forward to seeing our students grow in confidence as they take on the role of coach and apply their knowledge in authentic sporting environments.<\/p>\n
