High Potential Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the first week of this term, eight selected Year 9 and Year 10 students participated in the Sydney Philosothon at Newington College. Participating students engaged in socratic dialogues with sixteen other Sydney schools around a range of philosophical topics, including, most notably, whether happiness was the highest form of societal good.<\/p>\n

MLC School performed in an excellent manner and came in the top three in the event; thereby automatically qualifying for the National Philosothon competition.<\/p>\n
